Key West Florida...

Key West was without a doubt our favorite place! It was so much fun in every way. We started the day off by renting bikes that we rode all day! Renting bikes was the best way to explore Key West! We covered the entire island.We rode past the Key West Light House.

We made our way to the Southern Most Point in the United States!

We pasted some of the most beautiful homes and buildings with great architecture.

After seeing the Southern Most Point we made our way back to Ernest Hemingway's home.

We ate some of the BEST tasting Key Lime Pie EVER! I was watching Food Network one day and saw a show that talked about the best key lime pie in Key West and that was the Blond Giraffe. Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie was the BEST EVER!! Pretty sure we lost count on how many pieces of pie Tyson ate, I think he got up to 6 slices. There are many other key lime pie places in Key West, and we stopped by others as well. But the Blond Giraffe was our favorite. We even went into the Blond Giraffe Pie Factory, which was fun to see all the pies being made. Mmmmm Key Lime Pie = Yum-o Tasting Heaven in your mouth!

We stopped off at some gifts shops while on our bike ride. Of course you can't go into a gift shop in Florida without seeing an Alligator Head.

On our way back to the ship, we made our last stop off at the Key West Art Museum which was really cool!

Key West was more than expected and We LOVED every moment of it! This cruise was so great! We were so happy to have such an amazing time and it was great to have amazing friends join us on this adventure! We can't wait until we can plan another exciting Caribbean adventure!

Coco Cay Bahamas...

On the Second day of our cruise we were at Royal Caribbeans Private Island called Coco Cay located in of course...the Bahamas! We weren't quite sure what to expect - on a previous cruise we went to Royal Caribbeans Private Island in Haiti and it was amazing - so we were sure that Coco Cay had to be just as grand - and in fact it was! It was perfect in every way! The waters were bright blue and clear and the sand was smooth and soft! It really was paradise!

After walking around and taking some pictures, the fun really began - we geared up for a little snorkeling time! We snorkeled all morning long swimming way out to reefs where we were surrounded by hundreds of fish!
We did have an under water camera - but it was really hard to take pictures. This is one photo that did turn out. We saw so many different types of fish and they were all such brilliant colors. It was definitely a very cool experience!

At the end of the day as we were walking back to get on a little boat that took us back to the ship, we saw this little guy!

Our day at Coco Cay was wonderful! It was fun to snorkel and see some amazing fish! We also enjoyed just hanging out on the beach - seashell hunting and taking lots of pictures!

Nassau Bahamas...

Our first stop on our cruise was to Nassau Bahamas! We planned an 'All Day Beach Break' excursion at the Atlantis. When we got off the cruise ship and got onto a little boat that took us over to the Atlantis Resort! This was a picture I took from the boat we were on as we headed over. It was Beautiful!

When we got off the boat, we were dropped off at a little port that led us to the Atlantis Resort. We walked through a shopping promenade on our way to Resort. Of course we had to stop on our way and take some pictures.

We felt very 'Pirates of the Caribbean'!

With doing an 'All Day Beach Break' excursion we were allowed into the Aquariums throughout the Resort. The Aquariums were the first things we did, before we headed to play on the beach. It was so amazing! The water was crystal clear, so we were able to get some pretty spectacular pictures.

This was the beach we walked to - It was Paradise!The sand was to white and soft and the water was crystal clear!

Our Beach Break consisted of a beach chair, towel, food, and all day relaxing and playing in the ocean. That's just what we did. We laid out our towels, put on our snorkeling gear and that's what we did for about 6 hours! We had the best time! There were schools of fish all around us as we swam, it was great! We also spent time snorkeling for

sea shells -we had some good finds!

After a day of swimming in Paradise - it was time to head back to the ship. On our way back we walked through the town of Nassau.

Our day was wonderful and we had some fabulous adventures! The Atlantis Resort was awesome we really enjoyed ourselves so much! We were definitely tuckered out by the end of the day, but that didn't stop us from being thrilled for our next destination Royal Caribbeans private Island in the Bahamas!

Welcome to Miami...Buenvenidos a Miami....

So we made it to North Beach Miami at like 1:30 am. (follow past post to catch up) It was a nice place to stay the night and get some shut eye. Here is a picture of our hotel the 'DAYS INN' that I took the next morning!Here's the View from our hotel room!

Before we headed to the Cruise Port, we drove over to South Beach and ate Breakfast on the beach at the Penguin Hotel (*the Internet said that it was one of the "best" places in South Beach for breakfast) - we sat outside in the already 80 degree weather and humidity, but at least we were covered by umbrellas. We enjoyed the beautiful weather, people watching and we ate a Delicious breakfast! We gave it two thumbs up!!
This building was in South Beach on our way to the Cruise Port, the architecture in Miami is amazing and beautiful! A lot of buildings/hotels in Miami are Art Deco Style (Art Deco: A decorative and architectural style of the period 1925–1940, characterized by geometric designs, bold colors, and the use of plastic and glass.) It was really fun driving to the Port and being able to see a little bit of South Beach!

So before the ship sets sail you have to do a little safety drill - so here we are with our life vest on getting ready to head to our 'muster station'. Our 'Muster Station' is the place we would go if there was some type of emergency while on board the ship.
Safety First - Let's get this over and play!

So we were finally off to the Bahamas...Let the good times roll!
